2. Services Description

TAG AI is an AI automation firm operating under Technology Automation Group, LLC, headquartered in Argyle, Texas. We deploy autonomous agent pipelines (AI Employees) on the OpenClaw framework, integrated with client business systems. Specific service terms are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TAG AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

TAG AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5. AI Employee Deployment Services

When TAG AI deploys AI Employees — autonomous agent pipelines operating on the OpenClaw framework — the scope, deliverables, data handling, and service levels are defined in the governing Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement executed with each client. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary data and business outputs produced by AI Employees deployed in their environment. TAG AI retains ownership of the OpenClaw framework, underlying agent architecture, and any proprietary tooling not explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
